If somebody comes to us with a court order, we will comply with it. If you default on payment, we will report you to the three national credit-reporting agencies.We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Shipping
Software purchased as a download is available to the buyer immediately.
Software purchased on CDs is normally shipped within two working days if purchased through PayPal. Software is shipped via US mail. For bulk orders or software purchased by check or purchase order, please contact us.
Returns
Ducks in a Row follows the standard industry practice of not refunding the purchase price of downloaded software or opened CDs. You may download a free demo of most of our software products and read our EULAs prior to purchase. Our EULAs are subject to change at any time.
We will refund the price of an unopened CD returned to Ducks in a Row, Inc. If an opened CD is defective, we will replace it at cost of shipping.
